All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 10-15 working days, depending on your location and courier availability. Remote or non-serviceable areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1499. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee may be applied during checkout. Shipping charges are visible before completing your order.

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your package in real time. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

In certain rare cases such as weather disruptions, courier delays, or operational challenges, delivery times may extend. We request your patience and assure you that we will do our best to resolve any delays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Tatva Glow is not liable for delays or losses caused due to incorrect addresses, unreachable recipients, or failed delivery attempts by the courier company.

If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered, or open, please refuse to accept it and immediately inform us at info@tatvaglow.com with photos or videos. Once verified, we will resend or refund your order as per our policy.

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.
