Refund & Return Policy

At Tatva Glow, all our products are handmade in small batches using carefully sourced natural ingredients. To ensure hygiene, fairness, and product safety, we follow the policies below:

1. No Refunds or Returns for Personal Care Products .
Due to the nature of handmade, personal-use skincare products, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order is placed, except in cases of transit damage.

2. Refund Eligibility (Only for Damaged Products) .
A refund or replacement will be provided only if the product is received in a damaged condition. To process this request, the customer must provide: A clear, unedited video of the parcel being opened for the first time (from start to finish). The video must show the outer packaging, inner product, and the damage clearly. Without the opening video, no refund or replacement can be issued.

3. Conditions That Do NOT Qualify for Refund or Exchange.
Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for: Missing opening/unboxing video Change of mind, personal dislike, or fragrance/texture preferences . Natural variations in handmade products (colour/shape/texture) . . . Damage caused after delivery . Customised or made-to-order products

4. Time Frame to Raise a Concern
Any damage-related issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with the required unboxing video.

5. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or customised.
Early cancellations (before processing) may be accepted at our discretion.

6. Refund Processing Time
Once the refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days,
Through the original payment method

7. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are not offered due to hygiene and handmade nature, except when a damaged item qualifies for replacement.
